Berlin Concept Catering is a business catering platform founded by the experienced French caterer David-Alexandre Barrois. It started in 2014 as Crêpes Maman and has developed over the years into Berlin Concept Catering. What started as crêpes & galettes catering for family celebrations, business events and major events in Berlin and throughout Germany, has developed over the years into several valuable and exclusive collaborations with first-class chefs.
As a gourmet, David has had the desire for years to create his own business catering platform and bring excellent concepts to customers in order to create first-class catering experiences.

Since each catering is designed individually and seasonally, and the price depends on factors such as the number of guests, the effort involved, and specific customer requests, it is unfortunately not possible to provide a flat rate. If you are interested in buffet catering, please feel free to send us a non-binding inquiry, and we will send you an individual quote.
Food Truck Catering

Food truck catering is extremely versatile and perfectly suited for various occasions such as company parties, summer festivals, company anniversaries, conferences, trade fairs, Christmas parties, open days, wedding celebrations, and much more.

The size of your event is entirely up to you. We specialize in corporate events with a number of participants from 50 up to 2,000 people.

Depending on the food truck concept, either a 16A or 32A high-voltage power connection is required. If the power supply is limited, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will find a solution together.
We do not need a water connection, as all our trucks are equipped with water canisters.

When you book catering with us, you don't have to worry about a thing. We bring everything needed for serving the food. We place great emphasis on sustainability and avoid the use of plastic tableware. Instead, we use biodegradable sugarcane or palm leaf bowls and compostable cutlery.

Our event management fee is 10% of the total cost and will be added to your order. This fee includes:
The creation of cost estimates by our event team, typically 2 to 3 cost estimates from different providers.
The provision of a personal event manager who will supervise your event from start to finish. Your event manager will take care of confirmations, schedules, on-site crew briefings, as well as the execution and dismantling of the event.
